BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check in time is 2.00 pm (earlier arrivals by prior arrangement - cabins only) 

Powered sites from 11.00 am onwards, if the site is available.


After hours check in after 7.00 pm can be arranged. All accommodation costs to be paid prior to arrival. Collection of keys and site details will be confirmed at that time.


Check out time is 10.00 am (late check out is to be arranged 24 hours prior to checking out. Late check out fee to apply after 12 noon)

Late check outs will only be available during off peak periods and subject to availability.


BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make a booking.
  • Tariffs quoted at the time of your booking are based on the information provided to us. These tariffs may alter during peak season, special events and long weekends.
  • If the number of guests changes, you must inform us as the tariff will alter and due to insurance and OH&S conditions, you may have to alter the type of accommodation to satisfy these requirements.
  • Maximum numbers in accommodation or on sites must not be exceeded.

 

DEPOSITS

STANDARD BOOKINGS:

  • At the time of booking, one night’s tariff will be required to confirm your booking.
  • If paying by cheque or money order this will need to be cleared prior to arrival. No cheques or money orders will be accepted as final payment upon arrival.
  • Balance of account to be finalised upon arrival at the time of check in.
  • The person in whose name the booking is made is the "responsible person “ and as such is liable for any additional fees and charges that arise from occupancy of the site or cabin by your accommodation occupants.


GROUP BOOKINGS /SPECIAL EVENTS/LONG WEEKENDS - PEAK PERIODS. 

  • Within 7 days of booking, a deposit equal to one night's tariff is required.
  • Confirmation of your booking is required 90 days prior to arrival date.
  • A payment of 50% of the remaining balance is to be paid 45 days prior to arrival (for group bookings).
  • Full and final payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
  • No changes or alterations to bookings within 30 days of arrival.
  • No cheques/money orders accepted on arrival for outstanding payments.


CANCELLATIONS

GROUP BOOKINGS

No changes or alterations within 30 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's tariff will be withheld from any amounts paid.

NON GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations are required 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded less a booking administration fee of $20.00
  • Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $20.00 administration fee if we are able to re-book the accommodation for the same period. If the accommodation is unable to be rebooked, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refund for early departure or inclement weather.
